The filing follows dozens of local complaints, a prior injunction freezing assets, and allegations the owners failed to obey earlier court orders to return couples' images and money.

Her practicum also includes working with the town of Enfield on a potential agrivoltaic community garden, aiming to create a model that other North Carolina communities, including Raleigh, could adapt for climate-smart food production.
   

4. North Carolina's July County and Area Unemployment Figures Released (nc.gov) — Raleigh currently has the lowest unemployment rate among North Carolina's metro areas at 3.2%, even as jobless rates rose in all 100 counties in July. Statewide, unemployment stands at 3.7%, with higher rates in places like Edgecombe and Halifax Counties and lower rates in Currituck County.
