Richards et al (wgog.com) — A civil lawsuit stemming from an alleged 2021 pool-party assault at an Oconee County apartment complex is moving through pre-trial motions in Oconee Common Pleas Court, which serves Walhalla residents. Judge Vernon Dunbar is weighing arguments over whether new defendants were properly added and how one defendant should be formally named before deciding if parts of the case can proceed.
