Police Say Man Exposed Himself Along Wilson Boulevard In Arlington

ARLINGTON, VA — A Maryland man was arrested after Arlington officers said they saw him exposing himself along Wilson Boulevard, according to police and court records.

Police were called to the 3100 block of Wilson Boulevard at shortly after 12:30 p.m. Friday to investigate a disorderly person report. Responding officers found a man exposing himself, confronted him and took him into custody without incident, police said.

The man was taken to an area hospital for an evaluation. After he was cleared, police arrested Isiejah Allen, 38, of Hyattsville, Maryland, and charged him with indecent exposure.

Indecent Exposure Case Remains Pending

Court records identify the charge as a Class 1 misdemeanor under Virginia law. Allen was arrested on the date of the incident, and the case was filed Monday in Arlington General District Court.

An arraignment was held, followed by a bond hearing on Tuesday. Both proceedings were continued, according to the court docket.

Allen remained listed as being in custody when the court record was retrieved on Tuesday. A public defender was named as his attorney.

An adjudicatory hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Nov. 12 in Arlington General District Court. No disposition has been entered, and the charge remains pending.

Previous Arlington Charges Were Dropped

Virginia court records also show that Allen faced three unrelated Arlington charges filed in August 2025.

Those cases included two misdemeanor counts of assault and battery against a family or household member. One charge stemmed from an alleged July 21, 2025, offense, while the other involved an alleged Aug. 11, 2025, offense.

Allen was also charged with felony strangulation in connection with the alleged Aug. 11 incident. That charge was initially filed in Arlington General District Court before being transferred to Arlington Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.

All three charges were resolved through nolle prosequi findings on March 2, 2026, court records show. A nolle prosequi disposition means prosecutors ended the charges without obtaining convictions.

The pending indecent-exposure charge is an allegation. Allen is presumed innocent unless proved guilty in court.
