Fredericksburg Police Seek Video, Information In Bragg Hill Shooting Case

Fredericksburg police are investigating shots fired near Ivanhoe Court and seeking security footage.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Fredericksburg police are investigating a report of shots fired Friday night in the Bragg Hill area near Ivanhoe Court, the department said.

Officers are looking for a group of five males who were reportedly seen fleeing the area on foot. Police said no clothing descriptions were available.

The department asked Bragg Hill residents to review home security or surveillance camera footage for any video showing a group of five males fleeing the area.

Anyone with footage or information that could help investigators is asked to contact the Fredericksburg Police Department at 540-373-3122. Anonymous tips can be sent by texting “FPDtip” and the tip to 847-411, police said. Tips also can be submitted through the FPD Tip app.
