Start the mornings with movement and mindfulness during the <a href="https://www.universityplacenc.com/events/sunrise-yoga-series/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Summer Sunrise Yoga Series</a>. These free, all-level classes are designed to help participants energize their bodies, improve flexibility, and connect with fellow community members in an outdoor setting.
For the first three weeks of the series, attendees will begin with a 30-minute high-intensity, low-impact workout led by <a href="https://solidcore.co/studios/chapel-hill?siteId=5720058&amp;locationId=7" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">[solidcore]</a>, followed by guided yoga instruction. Senior living communities answer many important needs: •	Nutrition: 3 meals a day with no dishes to wash. •	Safety: Front door opens into the hallway of the community. Help with meds. •	Transportation: Community provides transportation to medical appointments, shopping and outings. •	Social: Familiar company at meals. A variety of activities including gardening, crafts and music. Which senior living community best fits her needs? Which senior living communities will accept her?
