
Start the mornings with movement and mindfulness during the Summer Sunrise Yoga Series. These free, all-level classes are designed to help participants energize their bodies, improve flexibility, and connect with fellow community members in an outdoor setting.
For the first three weeks of the series, attendees will begin with a 30-minute high-intensity, low-impact workout led by [solidcore], followed by guided yoga instruction. Following each class, guests can enjoy refreshments from participating tenants.
