The nonprofit now plans to build more multi-family homes to better meet rising local housing demand, after constructing more than 430 affordable homes since 1985.

• SC: Man sentenced after running over victim while stealing car (wyff4.com) — A Greenville man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after prosecutors say he ran over a woman with her own car at a Coin Laundry on Anderson Road while violating an active protection order. The 13th Circuit Solicitor's Office says eyewitnesses helped the victim, and the conviction underscores how local courts are handling serious domestic violence cases.
