From archery to the lesser known atlatls, and from knives to spears, get to see how they were made as well as explanations of their use and what kind of animals would be hunted. You've heard of alchemists wanting to turn lead to gold, but what about shells into pottery and stone? Making beads from shells, though we often think of them as simply decorative, were important for survival as they served as trade goods! You definitely don't want to miss learning how natives went from a whole shell to a beautiful bead! Event is FREE with museum admission but you can RSVP through the provided link</p>
