• VAAACares selected as national winner in Health at Home Challenge (gazettejournal.net) — Bay Aging's VAAACares collaborative, which serves communities including the Gloucester Point area, has been named one of 12 national winners in a federal Health at Home Challenge. The initiative will expand person-centered services to help Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries remain safely at home, aiming to connect up to 100,000 Virginians with coordinated community and clinical support.
